HPE needed a modern sales tool to reinforce their leadership position in cloud and drive new cloud leads. We created a sleek Web application for sales personnel to use in face-to-face meetings or to continue the sales conversation between customer interactions. The unique app determines customers’ current mix of cloud environments and benchmarks it against the industry leaders. Right Mix immediately produced a soaring lead conversion rate, and was later translated to eight language for use around the world.

Alerian needed a multi-faceted campaign to simplify their complex AMLP ETF product. We created “The Clear Choice” and “The Sweet Choice” campaign to reinforce the product’s undeniable market-leading position and energize its audience with playful, memorable concepts. I was the copywriter on this campaign in 2014, which aired on Bloomberg TV, CNBC and Fox Business, and remains a central part of Alerian’s brand messaging today.

This compelling direct-mail and email marketing campaign concept introduced Hilti’s ON!Track tool management software to leaders in the construction industry. We came up with “The Right Tool” theme and nostalgic baseball concept to drive excitement around the launch. The bold red Hilti baseball bat arrived wrapped in a large-scale poster with the headline: “You Can’t Drive a Nail with a Baseball Bat.”

In its heyday, the iconic Solana property played corporate headquarters to many top-tier brands. Over time, financial hardships and increased vacancies left the brand dilapidated. I led the strategic messaging component of Solana’s total brand overhaul. The new brand needed an everyday voice—with a hint of sophistication. We developed an engaging tagline and cohesive naming system for the business park’s three campuses. Then, we bottled the property’s country-corporate vibe in a fresh website, brochure and a series of print ads featured in D Magazine.

GE wanted to infuse its dated help desk/internal IT model with the cool-factor of Apple’s Genius Bar. Much more than a store for tech problems, MyTech Lounge is a launchpad for innovation—a place to explore new technology and hang out. Behind the scenes, I created an internal communications strategy, along with the customer-facing store name, tagline, collateral and wayfinding signage. These assets are driving the launch of new stores on 140 GE campuses around the world.
